Step1 Connect your iOS device to the computer

Step2 Enter DFU mode to scan your device

After connecting a computer, it will automatically detect your ios devices if you want to install a plug-in,please follow the steps below to get into DFU mode.
1) Hold your device and click “Start” button in the interface of iPhone/iPad/iPod Recovery.

Method 2:Recover from iTunes Backup Files
